1. This is a gift for someone, do you enclose a receipt or invoice with the lamp?

We realize that many folks give leg lamps as a gift so we do not include invoices.

2. How will my gift recipient know that the lamp came from me?

Your name will be printed on the shipping label so that your gift recipient will know who sent them their lamp.

3. How are the lamps measured?

From the top of the lampshade to the bottom of the base.

4. Is it difficult to replace the bulb in the leg?

It is very simple to replace the bulb and it takes about 5 minutes to complete the process.

5. How long does it take for my order to ship?

In stock items usually ship out on the next business day.

6. What do I do if my lamp arrives damaged?

Call us (1 866 GET-A-LEG) and we will ship a replacement A.S.A.P. at our expense. We will arrange to pick up the damaged lamp at our expense.

7. What is your return policy?

8. What payment forms do you accept?

We accept, Visa, Mc, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Money Orders.
